We will gladly accept returns of items which are unopened and in their original condition. A full refund will be given within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of items which have been opened and used. 

How to return your item

To arrange a return simply send us an email [info@bettermindsblackpool.org.uk] with your surname, product description and reason for return and we will arrange a return shipping label with instructions of how to send the item back. You (the customer) are responsible for any return postage cost however this will be reimbursed should we find that your item has been delivered incorrectly (Wrong item/defective product).

Your order will be processed and delivered by Royal Mail and have been priced to be delivered by this method only however we reserve the right to change to a more suitable delivery method. Any changes will be made in accordance to the quickest method for you to receive your item and not whichever method is most cost effective.

All of our items are hand made by staff, volunteers and families which we support in our programmes and form part of our workshops and projects, this also includes children and young people with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions however no product is available for sale unless it has been subjected to strict quality control measures. We are confident that all our products are of the highest possible quality.
